Pat A Cake

You probably already know and or play this baby game, though maybe not this early. It is a good interactive language and coordination game, which your baby will continue to enjoy for many months.

Lie your baby down on a soft flat surface such as the bed or blanket on the carpet. Gently tap or rub your baby's hands and fingers while singing the Pat A Cake rhyme. As your baby gets older (3+ months), you can gently clap your baby's hands together as well!
